These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DentaLab Egypt. Please read them carefully before creating an account or submitting cases through our platform.
Welcome to DentaLab Egypt. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and DentaLab Egypt regarding your use of our platform, which connects dental clinics and certified laboratories for case management, STL file exchange, and escrow payments.
By registering, accessing, or using DentaLab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
In these Terms, a Case means a specific dental work order submitted through the Platform, and Clinical Content means STL files, scans, images, patient case data, notes, and other materials uploaded or exchanged in connection with a Case. The following additional definitions apply:
The Platform is intended for dental professionals operating in Egypt. Clinics must be associated with licensed dentists or authorized dental practices. Dental students may use the Platform only where permitted by their institution and applicable regulations.
Laboratories must be certified or registered dental laboratories capable of fulfilling cases submitted through the Platform. We may request verification documents and suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You agree to:
DentaLab provides tools for case submission, STL and file transfer, messaging, order tracking, and escrow payment facilitation between clinics and laboratories.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance as needed.
You remain solely responsible for Clinical Content you upload, transmit, or share through the Platform. You represent that you have the right and any required consents to submit such content.
DentaLab does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The Platform is a workflow and marketplace tool; clinical decisions remain solely between the treating dentist and the laboratory.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of STL files, specifications, and case details. Errors in scans or instructions may affect laboratory output and are not the responsibility of DentaLab.
Certain transactions on the Platform may use escrow or similar payment holding arrangements to protect both clinics and laboratories until agreed milestones are met.
Fees, pricing, and payout schedules are displayed at the time of transaction or in applicable fee schedules. By completing a payment, you authorize us and our payment partners to process charges and disbursements accordingly.
DentaLab acts as a marketplace facilitator and technology provider. We are not a dental clinic, laboratory, or provider of dental services or restorations.
Any agreement for dental work exists directly between the Clinic and the Laboratory. DentaLab is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or suitability of laboratory output, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
You agree not to engage in the following:
DentaLab and its licensors own all rights in the Platform, including software, branding, and design, except for Clinical Content and materials you provide.
You retain ownership of Clinical Content you upload. You grant DentaLab a limited license to host, transmit, and display such content solely to operate the Platform and fulfill Cases.
The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentaLab disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or meet every user requirement. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DentaLab and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to DentaLab in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred Egyptian pounds (EGP 100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using available account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
