What we review during onboarding

Prepare the following before you register — uploads happen inside the dentist app or lab hub.

Dentists

Licensed practitioners and supervised students must prove identity and professional standing before sending clinical cases.

Dental syndicate license or student proof
Valid Egyptian Dental Syndicate membership for graduates, or university enrollment for students.
National ID or passport
Government-issued identification matching the name on your registration.
Clinic or practice details
Clinic name, address, and position for graduates — used for case routing and verification.

Laboratories

Certified dental laboratories must demonstrate facility legitimacy and technical capability before accepting network cases.

Lab certification
Dental laboratory certification or master technician credentials recognized in Egypt.
Commercial registration
Valid commercial registration and tax documentation for the operating entity.
Facility overview
Address, service regions, equipment summary (CAD/CAM, ceramic, implant), and contact lead.
